About the BelmontNA

The Belmont Neighborhood Association was originally created in the early 1980's. It was absorbed into the Lower Greenville NA after a difference of opinion regarding development split the membership a few years later.

The new BelmontNA was re-created in 2003 when neighbors realized the Lower Greenville NA had no interest in quality of life issues - noise, traffic, parking, positive redevelopment, and code compliance - so important to our neighborhood.

The BelmontNA is the only neighborhood association in Dallas that was not permitted membership in the Dallas Homeowners League, due to our very independent and pro-active attitude.

If you live within the boundaries of the association, you are eligible to be a member of the Belmont Neighborhood Association.

Membership dues are $2 per eligible resident (see Bylaws); senior citizens and students are exempt.
